Saturday scheduling
Avamar is open on Saturdays. This is a particularly attractive feature for our working patients who find it difficult to take a day off for their endoscopic procedure, as well as our elderly, who must be accompanied by younger relatives.

PRIVACY
Perhaps the most important and attractive feature that Avamar offers is privacy. At Avamar, barring a true emergency, only the physician and his two assisting nurses are present in the room in the course of a procedure. As well, noise is drastically reduced by the fact that only emergency telephone calls are routed to the procedure room such that neither the physician, the staff, or the patient are disturbed unnecessarily. Furthermore, the recovery rooms are private, separated from each other by solid walls. In brief, Avamar ensures privacy and safety. A patient's problems are discussed by the physician without risk of being overheard, and the patient is more inclined to ask questions of a personal character. Safety is also insured by the spatial design of the recovery suite. The recovery rooms are arranged in a semi-circular pattern and have sliding glass doors, facilitating monitoring by the nurses.
